About this artwork
When I created "Where Persistence Flows", I poured my heart into capturing the untamed strength of water and the story it whispers as it carves its way through stone. I wanted to show how even the most unyielding rocks, which seem immovable and eternal, are slowly shaped by the gentle but relentless flow of water. As I painted, I thought about life's struggles, the obstacles that stand tall before us and how persistence, quiet, steady and unwavering,…
creates pathways where none seemed possible. The river, with all its force and grace, became a symbol of determination, faith and the unseen power within us to overcome. This piece is my reminder and perhaps also yours, that persistence may not always roar, but it never stops moving forward. With time, it breaks barriers, softens the hardest edges and transforms impossibilities into passage.
