About this artwork
In the same spirit of continuing to rescue and recycle material with which he made other pieces. Here I continue to compose freely, yes, without losing sight of the symmetry. Very important element in my work, even if at first glance it is not evident. In this case, I wanted to use insulating cardboard pieces as a support, to give more force to the issue of recycling and to make the message clear in that sense.

Freddy Salvador is a Venezuelan artist based in Spain whose works have been exhibited nationally. His art is inspired by the colors of the flora and fauna of his native country, as well as kineticism, geometry and op art. Salvador digital and painterly abstractions are also imbued with symbolism through the arrangement of lines, which are always represented in an ascending direction. He paints using acrylics, vinyl and collage on Plexiglas, wood, or glass.
