About this artwork
Seascapes have always played a major role in painting, at least since Gerhard Richter. This form of representation of the sea with 25 stretcher frames 30 x 30 x 4 cm in a square is a new variant and allows different perspectives. Each individual stretcher frame looks like a piece of the lake. While the whole surface, the 25 stretcher frame looks like a plan view.
