Above the Camden district of London, as evening falls over the city. A gently sloping street leads up to a quiet neighborhood, with a few tall houses with traditional, well-kept storefronts. I sit down in a lively, smart pub (the last white and brick house on the street, in the drawing). A quiz is being held within the noisy walls, and the overhanging terrace seems perfect for sipping a quiet pint while sketching some of the discoveries of the day…
