With Chant des corollas, GABAN explores a rare moment: that in which the abundance of vegetation reaches such an intensity that it seems to transform into a sonic phenomenon. The composition rises from the blond weave of the burlap like an irresistible organic surge, a germination that has become polyphony.
The work gives an impression of controlled profusion. Nothing… is fixed, everything is in flux. Each color seems to respond to another in a complex composition where contrasts are balanced without ever losing their intensity.
Beneath its apparent exuberance, Chant des corolles questions an essential idea: that of unity in multiplicity.

To reveal this plurality of voices, the Convergence period is structured around six conceptual series.
