About this artwork
In this work, watercolors and charcoal merge to create an abstract composition that exudes emotional depth and dynamism. The play of cool and warm tones on the paper brings movement and energy to the image. The dark, bold charcoal stripes set strong accents, while the watercolor areas create smooth transitions. This artwork embodies a moment of reflection and serenity, ideal for adding a special atmosphere to any room.
As a native of Tettnang, I love being close to Lake Constance. I have been painting for 30 years. At first I used watercolors, then oils, and today I have "arrived" at acrylics. Painting is a basic need for me. I paint what I experience every day, my thoughts, wishes, worries. For me, painting is a medium for delight, enjoyment, but also for processing and forgetting. Immerse yourself with me in a colorful, cheerful, happy world.
