About this artwork
Everyone dreams of an eternal or at least a long life. To me, the ladder is a symbol of the life we climb. Is it beautiful, difficult, slow, fast.....The fish is in the aquarium, but can it fly? You decide! The ladder is from the ancient world, but it climbs to the future. The colors are warm, Mediterranean... I got a lot of inspiration there. Inspired by a visit specifically to Italy.. Olives...a symbol of eternity and complement the feeling of… "ALWAYS"! The frames with which the picture is framed are wooden, Italian in warm gold on the outside. The picture size with the frame is 70/50.
« I always want to say something, one way or another. When I paint, I feel real, alive, and nothing scares me. »
