About this artwork
This painting is about a morning after rain, when the forest is still wet and quiet.
The light moves softly through the trees, and everything seems to wake up slowly.
I wanted to capture not the forest itself in a literal way, but the feeling of it — damp air, the scent of pine trees, a path beneath your feet, and that brief moment when nature feels almost alive and slightly magical.
There is a lot of movement in the brushwork, with shifting light… and layered color. Because of this, the forest does not feel still — it breathes, flickers, and changes.
For me, this painting is about life in its calm and natural state. No noise. Just morning, light, and summer.
