What makes garbage, garbage?
When do we dis-imbue an object with meaning, with value?
We take the material from the crust of the earth and through elaborate process’s (if you’ve never seen the show ‘how its made’ I highly suggest it) and recompose it into all kinds of objects, which we then cherish for a time, and eventually discard.
This series demonstrates through literal and comedic motifs the transmutation of natural, into consumer good, and… then finally into garbage.
