Here is my latest encaustic art painting. This painting is done with the following mediums:Wax, Oil Paint, Ink, shellac, and gilding. The painting is 11 X 14 on primed birch wood panel. Unframed.
We have been dealing with wildfires and smoke all summer, it's so bad many folks have to stay indoors. This is my vision of what the planet will look like in 20 years, if we continue down our present path. I like the intense colors on this artwork, and… the texture buildup of the clouds of smoke. This painting has accretion on both planet and clouds, giving it a 3D effect. The painting has a really surrealist vibe. One of a kind work of art.

Gary Haddan is an artist based in the United States whose works have been exhibited nationally.
