About this artwork
With this work I seek to explore the duality of identity and perception. Choosing a collage symbolizes the construction of ourselves from fragments. The Sealed Mouth invites internal reflection and raises a dialogue about communication and censorship. This work is an invitation to introspection and mystery, introducing a contemplative and deep energy into any space.

Gemma Antón combines photography and drawing, with a training that links architecture and oriental philosophy. He masters analog cutting and pasting, exploring the 'B-sides' and the inaccuracies of craftsmanship, with resonances of surrealism and "Écriture Automatique". His works distill the essence of emptiness, both in its creative dimension and in its representation of trauma, inviting a deep and emotional reflection on absence and its meaning.
