In this work, I wanted to capture the majesty and profound calm of a winter mountain landscape. I used acrylic paint to bring each tree to life and the cool light that bathes the snow, conveying a sense of tranquility and strength.
It is the mountains of the state of Colorado that gave me that peace and calm when I wanted to capture them in a painting.
