About this artwork
This semi-abstract work with an organic character represents a revisited Iris flower integrated into a composition made of bits of landscape, small motifs evoking flower petals, butterfly wings, plant foliage, fruits and stones.
The work is rich in color because Iris means rainbow in Greek and the flower indeed bears a wide variety of colors.
