About this artwork
This image was taken in the city center of Berlin, one of my favorite researches in architectural photography is the limbs of both modern and historical buildings.
By shooting the scene from below, sometimes from the floor itself, it is possible to create this very interesting perspective escape effect towards the sky and at the same time play with the geometric structure of the building.
Looking up, I enclose a fragment of infinity among the rigid… urban geometries, inviting the observer to peer beyond, to seek breath and freedom in the sky.
This modern, panoramic image brings energy and depth to any space, prompting reflection on the relationship between the individual and their surroundings.
I like to look at the sky through the buildings.
