Opera inspired by the homonymous song by Lucio Dalla, the homeless man here speaks in the song would also need caresses, tenderness, love, a god or a family, he would not be willing to sacrifice his lifestyle, your freedom for all of this. The metaphor that perhaps in some way anyone would like for a dream of freedom, whatever it may be, takes unusual paths. And the difficulties weigh little compared to the… sense of freedom of not having a master.
