About this artwork

This artwork, Rose Love, features the color pink as the dominant and leading tone. The composition presents a variety of visuals and elements that caught my eye during a stroll through the city of New York. I created these elements in the form of a collage, where the semi-abstract painting remains entirely urban pop art in style. Prominently painted in impressive scale are the words Love and Dream.

This piece captivates the viewer, inviting them… to interpret its essence and the many symbolic details that compose it. Each work in the series is hand-painted with acrylics on high-quality canvas, incorporating gold leaf, colored pencils, and markers. Every painting is one of a kind and represents an original work of art.

Gil Goren is a contemporary artist working in Israel and internationally. His art is characterized by vibrant color, visual energy, and messages that invite the viewer to engage in a personal interpretation of the visual experience. Goren’s work spans a wide range of techniques, combining two- and three-dimensional painting and printmaking with kinetic art, creating a dynamic dialogue between movement, material, and light.

Following his international exposure, Goren was invited to collaborate with leading fashion brands, boutique hotels, and architectural projects.
In 2024, Goren was awarded the title of Best Solo Exhibitor at the Spectrum Art Fair during Art Basel Miami, a major international recognition underscoring his global artistic presence.
In 2025, his solo exhibition opened at the Hermann Struck Museum in Haifa, marking an important milestone in his artistic evolution and museum-level recognition.
