Giuseppe Barbale is an Italian painter, son of a sculptor.
In his early years he was fascinated by his father's technique but soon found his exceptional language in abstraction. His works are born from instinct, creative freedom and what the artist defines as "an artistic trance", which allows him to channel emotions and transfer them onto the canvas. For this reason he paints… with acrylic on canvas, a technique that allows for short execution times and therefore the possibility of making emotions immediately visible through matter, signs and color.

Having experimented with various types of artistic styles, he finds that through abstract painting, he has found a way to channel his emotions. Barbale creates in an instinctive manner and each of his compositions is the result of the sensations of a moment.
