About this artwork
The work is a folded canvas painted in enamel. From the naturalism cycle. It's a window that opens in the middle of winter, when it's snowed and everything looks so clean. My art, even if defined as abstract, often refers to nature. It can also be represented with a language that tries to get to the essence of the emotion it transmits. The idea of this work came to me while I was looking at the landscape from my window after a snowfall. Everything…
was white, you could hardly make out the horizon line. For some time I was enchanted by the landscape. I hope I managed to fix this wonderful feeling on the canvas and share it with others.
