About this artwork
The figuration of subjects laden with a new symbolism and an emerging sign power, mostly young women and girls, springing directly from that limbo present between the conscious and the unconscious are the starting point for this new cycle of works of the Roman artist.
It is from 2017 that the artist is working on the female figure trying to abandon the real to find in the line what refers to her research: that image that coincides with an inner… vision that sees confused in the distance, but whose emotion knows perfectly. He is currently working on the timeless communication between a woman and a child: the story of a life and of that hidden which can emerge only on the canvas. He creates fragile and strong figures with a style that from the figurative is becoming abstract expressionism: his way of expressing the feminine and human condition.
