Discover the creation in interiors
In this artwork I intertwine oil and varnish to create a vibrant representation that captures emotion and thoughtfulness. The chosen materials create a texture that invites the viewer to explore the depth of sensations. My goal is to create an atmosphere that enriches the home with a reflective and characterful energy. Each brush stroke is intentional to convey a message of inner strength and human complexity.

« I do not want to paint pictures according to a recipe, I want to find a recipe for every picture. »
Bas was born in today's Ukraine, and has lived in Germany since 1992. After studying art in Münster and at the acclaimed Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, he exhibits regularly in Germany. Bas deconstructs his first draft by, for example, painting over the painting with another painting and allowing chance to play a certain role.
