Floating Spirits Two is the second painting of the three born in the wide, quiet breath of South Dakota’s Badlands, during a motorcycle journey I shared with my son. As we rode through… that ancient landscape, I found myself watching the sand drift and the sky open, and in that endless blue I began to see soft yellow shapes rising and floating.
In their dance of blue and gold, I felt the presence of something stronger than the land itself—spirits that seemed to move with the wind and settle in the heart.
