This is the 2nd work in the 'Spring, Abstracted' series.
This work carries a dual meaning: “abstracted by spring” and “expressing spring abstractly.” It’s also the title of my solo exhibition held around in the spring of 2024.
Using vibrant colors to… represent spring, I depicted the artist’s heart—swayed and mesmerized by spring—in an abstract image. While being part of the same series, I experimented with slightly different styles in each piece.
Though it feels like spring has arrived, the reality suggests otherwise… Amid the chaos of various circumstances, I pray that a true spring will blossom in my heart and yours.
