About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the raw and expressive magic of jazz music. Working with gouache and pencil on paper, I opted for an abstract style to evoke the fluid movement and vibrant rhythms of an accordion in full play. The dynamic strokes and subtle nuances invite the viewer to feel the breath and swing of the music, transforming any room where the work is displayed into a space filled with energy and passion.
