« My interest is not in depicting optimized realities, much less in wanting to generate them. My approach is the deviation and the search for it. »
Hans Some is an experienced sculptor based in Spain whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Germany and Hungary. He describes his creative process as being based on the exploration and comparison of opposing concepts or states which include volume and its cancellation, movement through tension, space through omission, etc. Some is fascinated by the dialogue of the materiality of the mediums, in this process, "alien shapes emerge from the chaos and inner worlds turn outwards".
