Hans Weiss, a graduate of the Düsseldorf Art Academy and former art teacher, works passionately with oil painting, creatively experimenting with geometric forms and structures in diverse color combinations. His style is rooted in abstract, informal painting with Tachist influences; he consciously avoids representational elements and creates his works intuitively with spontaneous, organic forms and dynamic application of paint.
