These napping bunnies were nestled gently among the green Hosta, right there in our own backyard. As my faithful dog and I were outside playing fetch, she suddenly stopped and went lurking in the plants. She looked at me, as if she was telling me to come look. She sat there, still. Her tail wagging with excitement because of the treasure she had found. She never moved. I went and grabbed my camera, came back out and got as close as I could without…
disturbing their slumber. My faithful dog loved nature and all the creatures. Never attacking them, but always there as a mother figure. Seeing that was always an amazing experience. When looking upon this picture, it always brings back fond memories of my four-legged friend, watching over other creatures and keeping them safe. There was nothing but love for these Sleeping Beauties.
