Heberto Castro is a painter and draftsman based in Colombia whose works have been exhibited nationally. A self-taught artist, his works are imbued with a sense of loneliness, sadness, and pain, while also conveying the feelings that arise in daily life. Castro's cityscapes, landscapes, still-lifes, and figurative compositions are created using oils, acrylics, watercolors, and charcoal on canvas or wood.
