About this artwork
A playful, abstract composition, different layers, commingling red, turquoise and ocher. Idea: The "truth", the whole issue of a phenomenon is basically depicted in a fragmentary way - as cutouts. The slightly blurred inscription in the painting says "You won't find it here". Materials: acrylic, pigments, marble flour on canvas. Abstract style: Informel.

HEGO (Heinz Goevert) is a painter from Germany whose works have been exhibited in solo and group shows internationally. After playing as a drummer for many years in various rhythm and blues bands, HEGO decided to rediscover a passion from his youth: painting. His abstract works attempt to visualize decay through depth and the use of mixed media, often using sand, marble dust, copper, and metal flakes to add texture.
