About this artwork
This small miniature frog was conceived as a part of my original commentary on environmental preservation. Forgs are natural biomarkers and register pollution in nature first among other animals, and I originally conceived of a mechanical frog as a cynical solution to a species' extinction, replacing the critical creature with a mechanical surrogate.
