Helen Utsal is a Canadian painter who has exhibited her pieces nationally, as well as in the United States, China, and France. Her artistic vision is to express her feelings of wonderment and gratitude of nature. She loves old trees and feels as though they are ancient beings. Additionally, Utsal uses her art to raise money for land conservation along the British Colombia coast. Her art is a place for reflection, meditation, and refuge from the busy world.
