About this artwork
We all dream of defying gravity and soaring high above our daily struggles. In this painting, I created a cloud of flying birds surrounding a form that could be seen as a tree. I wanted to evoke movement—a dance of freedom and liberation. Some birds are drawn in ink on thin paper and glued to the canvas, while others are painted in turquoise blue.
