About this artwork
In this series, I worked with images that dance and dissolve into the pulp paper—a symbolic representation of the fluidity of creation. The images and fragments of images, embodies a temporary manifestation in our reality.
I developed this technique while working in a paper mill in southern Sweden, blending my drawings and prints directly into the wet paper pulp to create a complete unity between the two.
The handmade paper gives the artwork a… rich, tactile quality and a vibrant presence. It must be framed.
