Heli Heikkinen is an established Finnish painter who has exhibited her work across Italy, Finland and the UK. Inspired by the beautiful hilltops, lakes, mountains, forests and skies of the little village where she grew up, she composes landscape works that predominately depict urban scenes in an expressionist style. Heikkinen seeks to share her love of what is visible and tangible while also exploring the mysteries of the universe, resulting in an artistic language full of reflection, questions and heart.
