The idea for "Emergere dall`Acqua" was to depict a woman emerging from the water and looking up at the surface of the water. My aim here was to express a feeling of relaxation on her face. Concrete and wire symbolize the physical and the lightness of being.
The sculpture is currently on display at the Calabro Gallery in Zurich until the end of March 2024.
