About this artwork
I painted Two in Turquoise as two figures against a turquoise background. Their bodies are built from yellows, ochres, and creams with added marks. The paint is matte and layered. The forms are simplified but suggest heads, bodies, presence. Wht they are simply paired up is left open. The shapes themselves might not insist on a single reading.. Two figures. Same space..its maybe something about relationships?

Henrik Diamant, a Swedish painter working as a painter in Malaga. With a lifelong immersion in art collecting families and mentorship under Enrique Brinkman, works mainly with acrylic, gesso, egg tempera, and mixed media to add textural depth. His style evokes the surrealist playfulness of Joan Miró, merging abstract forms and dreamlike imagery with layered earth tones reminiscent of 15th- and 17th-century palettes.
