About this artwork
In this work I explored pure joy and universal love. Using acrylic and spray paint, I created a lively pop art painting, full of nostalgia and optimism. My goal is to invite a smile, a happy reminiscence, and to instill positive energy in your home. Henry Escobar is a painter who resides in France and has exhibited nationally, as well as in Spain and Switzerland. After a work accident left him partially disabled, rehabilitation painting helped him recover and was the catalyst for his artistic career. Escobar’s style is comprised of figurative realism and contemporary pop art elements. He often works in acrylics, working with a knife to create thick layers of texture and volume.
