About this artwork
In this work I captured the impetuous power and beauty of the sea using acrylic paints. I was inspired by the expressive power of the figurative to convey feelings of freedom and infinity. When painting, I wanted to show how water can convey movement, depth and emotions. This painting will create an atmosphere of dynamic energy and calming spaciousness in any room.

Hieronymus Proske, author, graphic artist, producer and painter, is a multi-talent who constantly reinvents himself. The artist studied graphic design at the UDK in Berlin, visual communication at the HfBK in Hamburg, as well as film at the University of New York. Hieronymus Proske lives between Hamburg and Dannenberg, where he works on his paintings in his studio.
