About this artwork
My digital creation fuses urban motifs with touches of surrealism to capture a feeling of melancholy and reflection. The striking yellow spiral staircase leads the eye into the heart of the composition and symbolizes the journey of life with all its twists and turns. Surrounded by a rather gloomy urban landscape and under a dramatic sky, I invite the viewer to think deeper about the contrast between people and the environment. This piece adds an… intriguing energy to any collection and inspires lasting conversations. Holliday in Los Angeles, beach house digital photo collage behind acrylic glass.
« In 2017 I was able to exhibit my works in Hanover together with top-class artists such as Picasso, Warhol and Beuys, that was my personal artistic highlight! »

In order to let his mind run free, Mühlbauer-Gardemin studied painting and graphic design in Bremen and then worked for various agencies and publishers. In 1996, self-employment finally followed. The nucleus of his art: a spacious studio in Wilhelmshaven.
