In this work I focused on the energy and emotions that a bridge conveys in an impressionistic, slightly abstract style. On an exploratory trip to Wetzlar, I stood fascinated in… front of this bridge on the banks of the Lahn and had already painted it in my imagination. When I got back to the studio, I let it out.
