Ignacio Navarro's artistic universe is both fantastical and poetic. The multidisciplinary artist, who is based in Spain, weaves the anthropological with the philosophical through color, composition, drawing, and plastic materials. In addition, Navarro's distinctive compositions fuse his ancestral Califal and Andalucian wisdom. His painterly pieces often imbue animals with human characteristics and are created using oils on canvas or synthetic board.
