About this artwork
In this piece, I sought to capture the ephemeral whispers of dawn light filtering through a dense forest. The interaction of oil, watercolor, and pen blends harmoniously to render the soft mist and the vibrant greens, conveying a serene, almost magical realm within the woods. This painting is a tribute to nature's quiet majesty, offering viewers a sense of peace and a momentary escape to a tranquil, untouched world.
The picture is made on linen… canvas (manufactured by Vyshny Volochyok) on a stretcher, hull, acrylic podmalevok + oil (Italy / Holland), in the original technique (Know how) inherent only to Igor Medvedev, which emphasizes originality and recognizability.
I pack it in a thick film and a cardboard box.
I have been painting pictures for more than 30 years and for me the reputation is above all!
Pleasant viewing and pleasant choice, my future buyer.

« There is such a profession - to make the world kinder. »
Igor Medvedev is an experienced artist based in Russia whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Poland, Latvia, Finland, and Germany. He cites visiting a gallery in Lviv when he was a schoolboy as being a decisive moment in his desire to become an artist.
Through his distinctive works, Medvedev endeavors to make the world a kinder place. He characterizes his style as being a fusion of Russian Romanticism and French Impressionism, with a modern take.
