This scene was in my dream from April 25th, when I saw the view from family house, in Damascus, inside of a pudding pot.

Imad Habbab is an award-winning artist based in Turkey whose paintings have been exhibited in both Turkey and the United States. As a reaction to his memories and personal experiences with war, he began to explore the concept of the explosion, as relating to the thoughts and values of a human being vs. the second when the explosion occurs. In addition, Habbab's "Civilian Spectrums" concept translates the deep relation between identity, the place, and human traces.
