About this artwork

This drawing is unique because it is created with one continuous line, without lifting the pen from the paper.
I spent 13 hours over three days drawing it with a black ballpoint pen.
Before starting the line work, I made a light pencil sketch to define the proportions.
The line moves in different directions — fast and instinctive — creating a network of forms that gives the image its structure, depth, and emotion.

I developed my own approach to… one-line drawing, giving each work a sense of energy and life.
