About this artwork
The changeable but very green and lush Danish summer has inspired me to paint this painting. Many layers, many details, mostly shades of green. I love summer and especially summer when it's warm and sunny - but I also like the diversity and the fact that the weather changes and gives many nuances. Semi glossy varnish. Ready to hang.

Inge Thogersen is an established Danish painter who has exhibited her work nationally. She took up painting in her late 40s, and also works as a family therapist, transferring her fascination with human relationships and experiences onto her canvases. Additionally inspired by music and nature, she composes abstract paintings that carry an optimistic energy and speak to the imagination.
