About this artwork
I painted this piece during a very quiet morning, when everything around still feels asleep, yet inside there is already a gentle anticipation of a good day. I poured myself a cup of hot, creamy coffee, felt its aroma — and suddenly I wanted to preserve that feeling forever.
It was important for me to capture not just a breakfast, but this sense of comfort, warmth and soft joy. The crisp sound of a croissant, the freshness of lemon, the light slowly… filling the space — all of it becomes a small ritual of caring for myself. And it is in these simple things that a calm, confident, and joyful mindset for the day is born.
