Basic idea
In the ink drawing "In the Cocoon" I explore the protected space of becoming: a place of stillness and concentration where new life is created – pure, luminous and full of promise, like an angel being born.
Image description
I open a cocoon of rhythmic forms and luminous fields of color, protecting the interior while simultaneously allowing it to open. Warm gold and red tones carry the power of beginnings, while violet and purple maintain… the balance between protection and openness. The lines circle inward, condensing and dissolving again—like the breath of creation. In this movement, a form grows, not rigidly defined, but palpable: a being of light emerging from its enveloping shell. I speak of transformation and trust, of the quiet confidence that something new is maturing in secret, ready to touch the world.
