About this artwork
Part of a series of ink paintings I created during the 2020 pandemic. In this work, I use black ink to capture the robust vitality yet fragility of nature. The bold, dark lines of the tree contrast with the soft, diffused shadows in the background, symbolizing the constant balance between strength and grace. This drawing invites reflection on the complexity and beauty of the natural world and brings a profound, calming energy to any space.
