About this artwork
Hummingbirds have a long history of folklore and symbolism in native cultures. The Aztecs saw them as messengers between them and their ancestors or the gods. In Native American culture, Hummingbirds are seen as healers, and bringers of love, good luck and joy.
In crafting this piece, I've poured my passion into the vibrant dance of hummingbirds, symbols of life's vivid moments. The dynamic interplay of acrylic colors and the shimmer of gilding capture… the ephemeral beauty of nature. This blend of abstract and realism invigorates the canvas, creating a focal point that pulses with energy.
