In my work I fuse acrylic and oil to create a deep connection with the viewer. Realism meets expressionism and brings figurative elements to life. My image expresses bold emotions and captures an intense gaze that is both vulnerable and powerful. It is intended to bring an enveloping energy to any space, a presence that inspires and provokes, that challenges everyone's inner being.

« I love the sea, clouds and storms. »
Iris Schiebener is a passionate German painter who has exhibited her works in Germany, Switzerland and the US. Despite drawing direct inspiration from nature, her abstract works are not at all representational, designed instead to allow people to lose themselves in art, become immersed in each painting and let their thoughts and feelings be carried off into another world. Her figurative pieces, on the other hand, are mostly inspired by animals and scenes of life.
