About this artwork
In my artwork I captured the dynamism and elegance of polo. Using acrylic paints, I transferred the movement and passion of the players and their horses onto the canvas. This image is a tribute to the team spirit and thrill of competition, embedded in a game full of tradition and class. It adds energy and an atmosphere of adventure and adrenaline to any room.

Iris Schiebener is a passionate German painter who has exhibited her works in Germany, Switzerland and the US. Despite drawing direct inspiration from nature, her abstract works are not at all representational, designed instead to allow people to lose themselves in art, become immersed in each painting and let their thoughts and feelings be carried off into another world. Her figurative pieces, on the other hand, are mostly inspired by animals and scenes of life.
